........................sentence of this woeful article, Mr. Ballering states the obvious. And he should know because he is one of the major contributing factors in this intolerable situation. What's that definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over, expecting a different result. My solution for Mr. Ballering would be to try something different for a change and a better outcome. Something like lowering all of his rents by a minimum of 50%. But maybe that is his definition of insanity. This is what's really insane: Those who can't afford it, must; and those who can afford it, don't.
Imagine if a wealthy person had to pay 60-75% of their monthly income for shelter/housing, what would the newspapers call that?
