..............................................loop on the interweb thingie. As I read the obituary of Clarence Petty, Adirondack Activist, I came across a reference to the hermit of Cold River. A Google look see, provide this very interesting link. The sound file has the voice of Noah John Rondeau (the mayor of Cold River, pop. 1) and 2 acquaintance's. One of which is Clarence Petty. All in all, the people in that neck of the woods seemed like a pretty interesting bunch in those ago times, now gone by. Uh huh. ...........................................o
