During the War on Terror, the Bush Administration through the Dept. of Home Land Security has built (with the help of KBR) a lot of shiney brand new detention centers, supposedly for all of those illegal immigrants who aren't coming here anymore (d'ain't no jobs, Paco).
Gee, I wonder .....................
